The Woodlands is a delightful neighborhood community of 118 properties nestled in the mountains of McCall, Idaho. The community common area includes a pool, tennis court, volleyball court and picnic area with grills.  Payette Lakes Middle and Barbara R. Morgan Elementary Schools are both within walking distance from the neighborhood.  Downtown McCall, Payette Lake, Ponderosa Park, and McCall city parks and beaches are all easily accessible by bike or foot.  

The Woodlands Homeowners' Association takes pride in managing its own common area with the support of the Board of Directors. The Homeowners' Board of Directors, elected by the homeowners, meets regularly and hosts an annual homeowners meeting that is held every August. Work parties and events benefiting the common area or neighborhood are held throughout the year. All homeowners are welcome to attend open board meetings to provide input or ask questions.  

The web pages have been created by the Board to provide homeowners with easy access to the policies and rules that govern the community. A library of newsletters is available to keep homeowners up-to-date on Board actions and considerations.  Items that are regularly distributed to homeowners are posted to the news section.  

Board policies and actions are key to maintaining a neighborhood community that is welcoming, safe, and appealing for everyone. With accessibility to documents and current information regarding the neighborhood, the board is optimistic that all residents and homeowners will be encouraged to respect the “good neighbor” values and foster as much voluntary compliance as is possible.
