DUES

The Woodlands homeowners' quarterly dues pay the expenses of the common areas. Expenses include landscaping, water, electricity, propane, insurance and other expenses related to maintaining these assets for the benefit of homeowners. 

Dues are billed by the Treasurer to each owner of record at the rate of $75/quarter for each lot.  Payments are due on the 1st of January, April, July and October.  Dues received after the 10th are subject to a 10% late fee.  If dues are received after the 20th, interest will accrue at 1 1/2% per month from the 10th until the dues are paid.  Dues may be remitted to the Woodlands Homeowners Association, PO Box 2325, McCall, ID  83638
