RULES & POLICIES
The Woodlands
neighborhood community is one of the most appealing
neighborhoods in McCall due to its close proximity to McCall
schools, services and all amenities. Rules and policies of
the Woodlands Homeowners' Association Board are created with the
primary objective to maintain the community as a welcoming, safe
and appealing place for all residents.
The primary
governing document of the Woodlands Homeowners'
Association is the "Master Declaration of Covenants,
Conditions Restrictions", commonly referred to as
the "CCR's". Each homeowner is
subject to the provisions of this document upon purchase
of property in the Woodlands.
Over time,
the Board has created policy and other documents that
summarize the CCR's for homeowners, encourage compliance
with the provisions in the CCR's and note applicable City
of McCall requirements and laws.
Homeowners
should note that it is the homeowners' responsibility to
ensure compliance by anyone residing in the property, as
tenants or friends, long or short term.
To
ensure that the Woodlands community remains in accordance with
the CCR's, an Architectural Committee assists
residents that are planning any renovations or
modifications to the exterior of your home and/or major
landscaping changes. These type of major changes require
prior approval. The Woodlands Architectural Committee
receives these requests and makes all approvals. Please
refer to the contacts page for the
committee members. Listed below is the Architectural
Committee Checklist to assist you through this process.
Please refer to the City
of McCall
building laws and permits as well.
