Architectural Committee Members |
The Architectural Committee assists homeowners planning any exterior modifications and/or major landscaping changes. These type of changes require prior approval to ensure that the Woodlands community continues to be in compliance with the provisions of the CCR's. The Woodlands Architectural Committee receives these requests and makes all approvals. Please refer to the Rules & Policies page for a Checklist and related City of McCall regulations. |

Firewise Committee Members |

The Firewise Committee is seeking additional homeowners interested in working toward making our community as safe as is reasonably possibly from the dangers of fire. Al King is very knowledgeable and has offered to guide us through the various stages to become a nationally recognized Firewise community. If you are interested in participating in this effort, please contact Al King. Please refer to the Firewise Tips Checklist for Homeowners and the Free Woody Debris Disposal (at the transfer station). The Fire Department has free lawn debris drop-off during June. |
